'We are what we eat' but we are also what we don't digest. No matter how healthy your diet may be, if your digestion is poor, the body and mind are not getting the necessary nourishment. Ayurveda places great importance on the 'how we eat' to help 'how we digest' and ultimately prevent the rise of health issues. This seems more and more relevant in our fast food culture and the continual disconnection to our relationship with food.

Who is this workshop for? 

If you struggle with any digestive disturbances, digestive health issues and want to learn about changing your eating habits to be more aligned to Ayurvedic principles, then this workshop is for you.

  • Gain balance through taste and qualities not calories

  • Become familiar with conscious eating rituals

  • Gain recipe ideas to incorporate Ayurvedic digestive spices and herbs
