I have outlined 3 optional activities per day that you can engage in. These activities are to help provide you some structure to your day to help you stay in the present moment and not get distracted from daily life. This is your time for a rest and reset. You can spend about 30 minutes on each exercise, some will be less and others you may wish to spend a little more time on. If you were away on a physical retreat you would not be distracted, so let’s try to be as present as we can. You are welcome to read, write, relax, meditate, go for a gentle walk etc, in your free time throughout the weekend but what we want to avoid is house chores, phone calls, TV, excessive use of mobile devices.

I have given each day a theme as these highlight the subtle energies that we want to optimise from doing a cleanse retreat. We will use each of the three days to also focus on the past, present and future and we will focus on various topics of discussion within that..
