Why many people feel more tired in March than in winter
Around early spring I start hearing the same thing: ‘I don’t understand why my energy suddenly dropped.’
Sleep becomes lighter
Mornings feel heavier
Coffee helps briefly, then stops
You can feel hungry and bloated at the same time
Afternoon focus fades
Because the days are getting brighter, this feels confusing. Many assume it’s stress, hormones or a loss of motivation.
In Ayurveda this is a recognised seasonal phase. The body is still finishing its winter pattern while the environment has already moved into spring. Digestion temporarily weakens and accumulated heaviness starts to circulate, which creates the heavy-tired feeling typical of March.
Traditionally the spring equinox was used as a short reset point to help sleep, appetite and energy normalise again.
From 21–23 March I’ll guide a small group through a structured 3-day online Ayurvedic Spring Reset designed specifically for this transition.
The aim is simple: clear mornings, steady energy and comfortable digestion so you actually feel the season change.
Saturday, 21 March - Monday, 23 March 2026
Early Bird closes on: Friday, 6 March 2026
Registration closes on: Thursday, 19 March 2026
Who this programme is for:
Suitable whether you are new to Ayurveda or already familiar with cleansing practices — you will be guided throughout (you won’t be left to do it alone).
If you benefit from structure and accountability and prefer to do this with a small supportive group.
Designed to suit all constitutional types. The programme can be adjusted to your digestion and dominant dosha.
If your energy, sleep or digestion have felt off recently and you want a contained reset rather than a long commitment.
If you are curious about a gentle, guided fast.
If you would like to learn simple daily self-care routines you can continue afterwards.
A cleanse does require protected time. This is a weekend to step back from doing and allow the body to catch up.
