The rising of - Rasayana

Rasayana began with a promise I made to myself over twenty years ago: to follow my truth, walk with purpose and dharma, and stay rooted in my inner compass rather than chase external validation. Ayurveda found me not only as a profound wisdom tradition, but as a way of living that has shaped and steadied my life.

Writing this book has been both joyful and deeply challenging. The seed was planted in 2020, but after setbacks and delays, I learned to trust the timing. I waited, persisted, and allowed the work to deepen in me. In many ways, Rasayana could only be written through lived experience — by embodying the very practice I share.

Over the years, I have seen the sharp rise in lifestyle-related illness, intolerances, anxiety, sleep issues, and premature ageing. I have also seen how deeply we are conditioned to wait until something breaks before we begin to care. This book is my invitation to a different path: not resisting ageing, but learning how to nourish life more deeply as we mature.

Rasayana, will be available from on 4th June 2026 by Green Tree, is an imprint of Bloomsbury. Subscribe to my newsletter for my latest health and wellness tips, events and recipes.

I am so excited to share my second book with you.
