Ayurvedic Autumn Renew & Rejuvenate 2026 (3 days)

‘Longevity isn’t simply about adding years to life. It is about protecting the vitality, strength and clarity that allow us to live those years well.’
Geeta Vara

Welcome to the first Rasāyana virtual weekend retreat where we will be devoted to restoring your energy, nourishing your nervous system and reconnecting with the foundations of lasting vitality.

We live in a culture that constantly tells us to do more in order to feel better. This is not Rasāyana so there is no fasting, extreme detoxing or optimising. This retreat is about nourishment and building inner resilience through rest, rhythm and regulation. And remembering that sustainable wellbeing is built through what we consistently protect and replenish.

Rasāyana is Ayurveda’s ancient science of rejuvenation, resilience and healthy ageing. Rather than simply focusing on extending lifespan, Rasāyana asks how we can nourish the body and mind in ways that support strength, clarity, immunity, emotional resilience and vitality throughout life.

Reset & Rejuvenate is an intimate 3 day virtual weekend retreat designed to help you step away from the constant doing mode and begin replenishing what modern life so easily depletes.

Over the weekend, we will explore simple Ayurvedic practices for nourishment, digestion, nervous-system regulation, sleep, energy and daily rhythm as well as create space to rest, reflection and reconnection with yourself.

Saturday, 17 October - Monday, 19 October 2026

Registration closes on: Monday, 12 October 2026
Early bird registration closes on: 1 October 2026

  • You are interested in longevity but feel overwhelmed by extreme biohacking, fasting, restriction or complicated wellness protocols.

  • You want to understand how to build vitality rather than constantly trying to correct symptoms.

  • You feel overstimulated, overcommitted or disconnected from your natural rhythms.
