We wait all year round in UK for the great British summer and its a hot, fiery, light, penetrating, time of year. Ayurveda pays close attention to the relationship between yourself and your environment through the lens of the dosha qualities and this includes our response to the climate changes.

Summer is considered the ‘pitta season’ and it can trigger many health issues within us including allergies, skin irritations, inflammatory issues, heartburn, changes in digestion, irritability, feeling uncomfortably hot and more.
