About Geeta (ayurvedic pracitioner in london)
After qualifying as a holistic massage therapist in 1997 and diet and nutritional advisor in 1998. Geeta Vara has recently qualified as an Ayurvedic Practitioner after studying BSc Complementary Health Sciences (Ayurveda) and MSc in Ayurvedic Medicine including a four month clinical internship in India. Geeta is currently researching the effects on reduction of stress by use of Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (controlled alternate nostril breathing exercise).

Geeta currently works as a freelance consultant, offering Ayurvedic consultations and treatments. She is a fully qualified member of the APA (Ayurvedic Practitioners Association).  For an appointment please contact using details below.
